Your account

You can book a kayak without an account — we collect your name, email address and phone number at the payment step. An account is useful later: it is how you review reservations and cancel them.

Registration

In the registration form you enter an email address and a password and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. You can also choose whether to receive our newsletter.

Once registered, you are signed in straight away and taken to your account.

Signing in with Google

You can also sign in through Google. If an account already exists with the same address, we link it; if there is no such account, we create one. We only accept addresses Google has verified.

Once signed in, you can link Google to an account you already have. Google can only be unlinked if the account already has a password — otherwise there would be no way left to sign in.

Signing in with a password

On the sign-in page you enter your email address and password. If the account was created only through Google and has no password, signing in this way will not work — use Google or set a password.

Password

You change your password in account settings. If you have forgotten it, use the recovery link on the sign-in page. We only send the email if such an account exists, but the screen always shows the same message.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Once you use it you will no longer receive marketing emails, but reservation and account notifications will still be sent.
