Payment

A reservation becomes confirmed only once the payment succeeds. Until then the place is held, but it is not yet yours.

NeoPay

Payments are processed by NeoPay. From the booking form you move on to their window, where you choose a bank or another method offered at that moment. upemis.lt does not collect or store payment card details.

The amount NeoPay charges matches the one you saw in the form. The server compares it once more against the recalculated price, and if the two do not match, the payment is not started.

What happens after the payment

There are three possible outcomes:

Status	What you see	What to do
Succeeded	A success page, a payment confirmation and an email	Nothing — the reservation is confirmed
Pending	A page that checks the status periodically	Wait. Do not repeat the payment until the status settles
Failed or cancelled	A message with the option to try again	Try again, if the reservation is still unpaid

NeoPay reports the payment status twice: in the browser and as a separate notification to our server. The server notification is the one that decides — if you closed the window right after paying, the reservation will still be confirmed once the bank responds.

Payment confirmation and invoices

After a successful payment you can download a payment confirmation. An invoice for the rental itself, if you need one, is issued by the operator, not by upemis.lt.

If the money was taken but there is no confirmation

1. Wait a few minutes — the bank’s response is sometimes delayed.
2. Check your email, including the spam folder.
3. If there is still no confirmation, write to rimgaudas@upemis.lt. Include the email address you paid with and the approximate time of the payment.

Do not repeat the payment before checking whether the first reservation is already confirmed.

Refunds

If you cancel within the rules, the money is returned the same way you paid. The terms are in Cancellation and refunds.
