Payouts
When and how an operator gets paid for reservations — the 10% catalogue fee, fee-free bookings, the 48-hour hold, the transfer schedule and IBAN.

Payouts are transfers to your bank account for completed reservations. You will find them in the payouts section of the operator dashboard.
The platform fee
Bookings taken through the upemis.lt catalogue carry a 10% marketplace fee. It is deducted from the amount transferred to you and does not change the price the traveller pays.
Bookings the platform records as fee-free — for example through your own-site booking link — carry no fee. On the payouts page that row shows 0. The same applies to any other channel the platform marks as fee-free.
Example for a catalogue booking that carries the 10% fee: a traveller paid €100. The dashboard summary shows €100, and the payout shows €90.
If a reservation is cancelled, the fee does not apply and the traveller is refunded in full.

When the money becomes yours
Funds paid by the traveller belong to you 48 hours after the reservation ends. During that time the traveller can file a complaint. If one is filed, the funds are held until it is resolved.
When we transfer
We make transfers twice a month — on the 14th–20th and the 1st–5th — when the amount ready to be transferred exceeds €100. If you stop operating on the platform, we can transfer a smaller amount separately: write to rimgaudas@upemis.lt.
Example
A trip ended on Sunday at 18:00, so the 48-hour period closes on Tuesday at 18:00. If you accumulate at least €100 before the next transfer window, the amount goes out in that window. If you have only €80, it waits for the following cycle.
IBAN
You enter your bank account number in the operator settings. Without a correct IBAN we cannot transfer anything. The account holder must match the beneficiary you specified.
What the payouts page shows
The payouts page shows transfers already made and the amount still pending. These figures are net — after the platform fee, when that booking has one. Catalogue bookings deduct 10%; fee-free bookings show 0 in the row. The main dashboard view shows the gross amount — what travellers actually paid. It is the same money, shown from a different angle.
