What upemis.lt does for rentals

How the marketplace works for a kayak rental operator — the catalogue page, bookings, payouts, and the fee-free own-site link.

On this page

upemis.lt puts your rivers, routes and prices in front of travellers and takes payment through NeoPay. After the trip we pay you out. You keep the price list; the traveller pays exactly what you set.

This manual is for rental operators. If you are booking a kayak, open the tourist manual.

What you get

  • A catalogue page travellers already find through rivers and routes. Many operators appear in the catalogue before they have an account — you claim the page and then edit it yourself.
  • Bookings paid on the platform, listed in the operator dashboard.
  • Payouts to your IBAN after the trip, minus the catalogue fee when it applies. See Payouts.
  • An own-site booking link and booking window. The link /rezervuoti/{your-slug} works on every phone, including iPhone. The window (one script line, we install it for now) works on desktop and Android — on iPhone and iPad leave the link. Both paths have no platform fee (0%). See Own-site booking.

What the platform costs you

For bookings taken through the upemis.lt catalogue, a 10% marketplace fee is deducted from the amount we transfer to you. It does not change the price the traveller pays.

Bookings the platform records as fee-free — the own-site link or window above — have a 0% fee. The same applies to any other channel the platform marks as fee-free. Details and an example are on Prices.

Where to start

If the catalogue already has your company, claim the page. If you are new, create an account first, then add your inventory and prices in the dashboard.
