How an operator builds a price list on upemis.lt — weekdays, the season, river surcharges, transport and the 10% catalogue fee, with examples.

A price on upemis.lt is not a single number. The booking form works from your price list: the day of the week, the season, the river surcharge, add-on services and transport. The traveller pays exactly what you set here — the platform adds nothing on top.
Parts of the price list

Prices are entered per person. If four people paddle two two-seaters on a Saturday, that counts as four people, not two kayaks.
Example: how the total adds up
Suppose the two-seater price list looks like this:

A family: 4 people, two two-seaters, a Saturday in season, a route on a river with a €5 per-person surcharge, and 12 km of extra transfer at €1.20 per kilometre.

This is the amount the traveller sees in the form before moving on to NeoPay. The server recalculates the price when the form is submitted: if you have just changed the price list, the old price will no longer apply.
The platform fee
Bookings taken through the upemis.lt catalogue carry a 10% marketplace fee. It is deducted from the amount transferred to you and does not change the price the traveller pays.
Bookings the platform records as fee-free — for example through your own-site booking link — carry no platform fee. The same applies to any other channel the platform marks as fee-free.
Example for a catalogue booking that carries the 10% fee: the traveller paid €174.40. The dashboard summary shows €174.40 (gross), and the payout shows €156.96 (net). A fee-free booking would show 0 in the payout row.
If a reservation is cancelled, the fee does not apply and the traveller is refunded in full. The catalogue fee is described in clause 4.3 of the terms. Event registrations have a separate, lower rate, which is not covered here.

What to change when demand grows
The most common move is to raise the Saturday-in-season price and leave I–IV unchanged. A changed price list applies immediately to every newly submitted form. Reservations that have been started but not yet paid for take their price from the server at submission time: if the price has changed, the traveller will have to submit the form again.
Do not build the platform fee into your price list “on top”. The traveller should see your rental price — on catalogue bookings we deduct the 10% before transferring the funds to you.
