Payout settings
IBAN, beneficiary and payout schedule for event organizers, plus planned per-edition payments and payout history. Owner-only.
On this page
/organizatorius/finansai is the organizer payout page. It is owner-only: a photographer or arbiter who opens it gets a not-found page. They are not paid through this screen.
This is not edition pricing and not the ledger. Prices are on Edition pricing. The 5% take and the net for one date are on Profitability.
IBAN and beneficiary
You enter the bank account (IBAN) and the beneficiary (account holder). If you set an IBAN, the beneficiary is required — the platform will not save an account with no holder. The IBAN is stored uppercase, without spaces. Clearing the IBAN clears it.
For a rental operator who also organizes events, these fields are the rental’s payout profile. For a standalone organizer they sit on the account.
Payout schedule
Payout frequency is a preference visible to the administrator — On demand, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly. Choosing one of those options does not, on its own, change when a transfer happens. Anything the form does not recognise is stored as On demand.
We make transfers twice a month — on the 14th–20th and the 1st–5th — when the amount ready to send exceeds €100. The terms set that schedule; this field does not.
Planned payouts and history
The same page lists planned per-edition payments (what is lined up to go out) and the payout history (what has already gone). Those rows are the event-side counterpart of the rental dashboard’s payout list, for registration revenue rather than kayak bookings.
Each planned row’s Status column shows 5% held back until a date, until that share is released, or Full amount payable. The held share is 5% of that date’s gross. It is not the 5% platform take on Profitability — that is different money — so before the edition ends at most 90% of gross is payable. The holdback releases 24 hours after the edition ends.
