Profitability
The per-edition ledger — registration revenue, the 5% platform take, hand-entered sponsorships and expenses, and the net.
On this page
/organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/{date}/pelningumas is the edition ledger. It is one date’s money, not the organizer’s payout settings.
The edition ledger
The summary is four lines plus a net:
- Registration revenue — the sum of paid registrations / boats that settled through the platform for this edition.
- Platform take — deducted from that revenue.
- Sponsorships — amounts you type in.
- Expenses — amounts you type in.
- Net — revenue, minus the take, plus sponsorships, minus expenses.
Platform take
On paid registrations that settle through the platform the take is 5% of registration revenue. The participant still pays the price from Edition pricing; the 5% is not added at checkout. Sponsorships and expenses are off-platform, so the take does not apply to them.
The rental catalogue fee is a different rate and a different product; it is documented in the operator payouts article.
Sponsorships and expenses
Each hand-entered row has a kind (sponsorship or expense), a label and an amount. Add and remove rows on this page; the summary totals refresh after save. Use this for cash sponsors, medals you bought, timing-system hire — anything that is not a platform registration.
Who can see it
Manage rights on the event are required. A limited photographer or arbiter grant is not enough. Payout IBAN and the transfer schedule stay on Payout settings, not here.
