What upemis.lt does for event organizers

The event portal for tourist paddles and sport races — registrations, race day, payouts — and how an organizer gets access.

upemis.lt is not only a kayak-rental catalogue. Organizers run tourist events and sport events (marathons) from a dedicated portal at /organizatorius. Participants register and pay through NeoPay; you run the edition from one place.

This is the organizer manual (organizatoriaus vadovas). It opens with what the portal is for, then walks each screen. If you rent kayaks, open the operator manual. If you are booking a kayak, open the tourist manual.

What you get

  • A public event page travellers already find next to rivers and routes.
  • Registrations paid on the platform, listed per edition.
  • Race-day tools on sport events: categories, start list, results, medals. Those screens do not exist on tourist events.
  • Content — description, waiver, translations, this year’s story, gallery, sponsors.
  • Mail to participants (template emails and a one-off broadcast).
  • A team you can grant access to, and a ledger of the edition’s money.

The portal lives at /organizatorius. It is separate from the rental dashboard at /nuomotojas.

Who it is for

You can open the portal if you are signed in and any of these is true:

  • you are a rental operator — the portal is already on for those accounts;
  • you turned on the event platform from your account (Įjungti renginių kūrimo platformą);
  • someone granted you a team role on an event;
  • you are a platform administrator.

Signed-out visitors are sent to sign in. A signed-in account with none of the above is sent to the route catalogue, not into the portal.

What it costs

Participants pay the unit price you set on the edition, minus any discount that applies. That price is what they see.

On paid registrations that settle through the platform, the edition ledger deducts a 5% platform take from registration revenue. Sponsorships and expenses you type in by hand sit off-platform, so the take does not apply to them. The catalogue fee for kayak rentals is a different rate; see Payouts for that. Where to start

  1. Sign in, then open /organizatorius.
  2. Create an event and its first edition (a date).
  3. Leave it as Draft or choose Submit for review — only a platform administrator publishes it.
  4. Set the price, write the public content, and — if you will be paid — your payout details.
  5. On a sport event, add categories before race day.
