Participant emails and broadcast
Template emails you can override per event (Lithuanian and English), and a one-off broadcast to this event's participants.
On this page
Two different send paths live on the event, not on the edition.
Participant emails
/organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/laiskai is the template editor. The platform already sends a set of participant emails; this page lets you override the subject and body per event, in Lithuanian and in English.
The built-in templates are:
- registration confirmed;
- reminder before the start;
- registration cancelled;
- payment not received;
- crew-claim (the link a crew member uses to attach their account).
Each language column starts from that language’s default. A “translate” action fills the other column via DeepL from the language you author in (your account’s communication language). Placeholders such as event title, amount paid, dates and the event link are listed on the page; keep them in the body if you rewrite the text.
Overrides apply to this event. They do not change the platform defaults for anyone else.
Broadcast
/organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/pranesimas is a one-off message to participants. You pick which editions to include, write the body, optionally attach an image, preview per locale, and send. Previous broadcasts stay in the history on the same page.
Use templates for the messages that always go out (confirmations, reminders). Use broadcast when you need to tell this event’s participants something that is not in that set — a start-time change, a river-level warning, a results link.
