Edition pricing
The unit price a participant pays for an edition, plus stage discounts and discount codes. Separate from payout settings and from the ledger.
On this page
Edition pricing is /organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/{date}/kainos. It answers “what will a participant pay?”, not “what will I receive?”. Payout IBAN and schedule are on Payout settings. The platform take on settled registration revenue is on Profitability.
Unit price
The edition has one unit price. A non-positive value is stored as free. Participants see this price on the public event page, then any discount that applies.
Once a bookable edition has ended, the price field is read-only with the rest of the edition’s configuration.
Stage discounts
A stage discount is time-bounded: it applies to everyone who registers in a window (early-bird, late, and similar). You set the amount, whether it is a fixed sum or a percentage, and the valid-from / valid-to dates.
Code discounts
A code discount is a coupon. It needs a code; without one the portal will not save it. You can cap how many times it is used.
Both kinds are created on the same pricing screen and listed there so you can see what is active.
What the participant pays
The participant pays the unit price minus the discount that applies at checkout. That is the amount NeoPay collects. It is not reduced by the 5% platform take — the take is deducted later on the edition ledger, from your side.
