Participants and the start list

Registrations per edition, manual add, and the sport-only start list with bibs, intervals and a public share link.

Every edition has a participants list. Sport editions also have a start list. Tourist editions do not — that screen redirects to participants.

Participants

/organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/{date}/dalyviai is the registration list for the edition. It is the default landing page for an organizer with manage rights. You see who registered, payment state, and (on sport events) the boat and category.

You can add a registration by hand from this page when someone paid off-platform or needs to be on the list without going through checkout.

After a bookable edition ends, the list stays visible but configuration around it — including adding in ways that change the edition’s setup — follows the same read-only lock as pricing.

Start list (sport-only)

/organizatorius/renginiai/{slug}/{date}/startas is the start-list page. It is hidden on tourist events.

From here you set:

  • the time of the first start (until you set one, it defaults to the edition’s own start time);
  • the interval between starts, in minutes or seconds;
  • the format (how boats are grouped) and, when the format uses batches, the batch size.

The page shows a live preview of the order. Start numbers (bibs) are seeded in registration order so a number is visible even before you generate the list. You can renumber.

An arbiter (the Teisėjas role) can open this page as well as a manager. Photographers cannot.

The start-list page also exposes a public share link for the generated list, so you can hand the order to participants or a start marshal without giving them the portal.
